These initial terms describe the intended use of the StayClarity website and workspace. They are provided for review while the service terms are finalised.
Using StayClarity
StayClarity is a hospitality guest-experience, service-recovery, and operational-intelligence platform. Use of a workspace is intended for authorised members of the relevant hospitality organisation.
Responsible use
Users should submit accurate information, protect their sign-in details, respect guest privacy, and use case records for legitimate hospitality operations. Do not attempt to disrupt the service, access another organisation’s records, or upload unlawful or harmful material.
Guest submissions
A hospitality organisation is responsible for the guest-facing notices and operational handling it provides through its StayClarity workspace. StayClarity provides the workflow; it does not decide whether a guest or team member is right or wrong.
Availability and changes
The website and workspace may change as features are improved. No guarantee of uninterrupted availability or a particular operational outcome is made by these initial terms.
